About Me:
I enjoy the outdoor life, walking and kayaking are really my thing. I enjoy those activities because they just are so good at bringing some calm and tranquillity into your life after periods of stress, I am 62 going on 42 I have a job that keeps me very fit anyway but I just enjoy exercise, anything that keeps the blood pumping, to that end I have recently started taking an interest in vegan and vegetarian options, I stay vegetarian Monday to Friday and pretty much eat what I like at weekends, I think a good balanced diet is really key but more so in later life, I love listening to music of all genres, it pretty much sets me up for the day, when I jump in the car to go to work that first track is so important, it can be the difference between a good day or not so good, I have family in Vaccaville and plan to visit at some point next year so chatting with a few people and getting to know a bit more about the place would be great.if I watch the tv I will always go for comedy laughter is just such a great remedy for most of lifes downs, I love the movies but I tend to go for stuff that is based on real-life and not so much fantasy, but again anything that involves comedy generally tops the bill.
