I am a military retiree. Served 22 years with the army. When the Viet Nam war ended all personnel with enough time to retire were auto retired by DOD. I was a helicopter pilot.

I am a dog lover. I have 2 small female dogs. I own a building in downtown with a business downstairs and my living quarters upstairs. I was born in Hope Arkansas. Hope was a small town, 8506 when I
joined the U S Army and left. I have returned there a few times as I had relatives still living there. I have not been back in quite a few years. My dad died just after my 11th birthday. My mother went to
work as a waitress for a while but later got a job in a dry cleaning shop. We lived with my grandparents for a few years and as soon as I was old enough I joined the army. I was surprised that the army served meat all
3 meals of the day. When my dad was still alive we lived in a small southern town and the best meals that we had were when we went to a church that had all day singing with dinner on the grounds. A southern thing.
I had a half brother and a half sister but they were older and we never lived together. I was stationed in one of military bases surrounding Washington DC. One day I got a call from a former female friend that she was pregnant.
It was not mine but she was a good girl and I liked her so I married her. In addition to the child she was carrying, we had a daughter. I am very proud of both her and my son. When I retired from the army my wife became an RN
and we drifted apart. She remarried and moved back to Ohio. I married her for the sex and she married me to get out of her dad's house. We lasted 16 years. She remarried and so did I. Neither of us had any more kids. She remarried
and I found, married and loved the most beautiful woman in the world. Seriously, I've got pictures. She passed last year and I am not sure I will ever get over her. I am crying as I write write about her.. Had to take a break.
In all the time we were married we never had a fight, not even a quarrel. I know that everyone is not like that but I think that is a good trait.
