I am not actually in Texas... yet. *UPDATE* I made it! Still setting up the apartment, but I am physically in TX now.
I'll be moving across the country (for work) in a few weeks and know nothing and no one. I'm just packing what fits in my car and hitting the road! While I have always wanted this sort of adventure, it is a bit daunting. My son is grown and my parents gone, so now is the time.
While I am a gamer at heart (old school MUDs anyone?), I fail at being the introvert most gamers I meet are. I love to go out. Food, parties, movies, music. Entertain me!
I am from the northern edge of the country and not probably not ready for the heat. Generally I love being outdoors. Camping, bonfires, and stargazing are some of my favorite things to do. I think I may have to acclimate a bit before I attempt those things Texas style.
