I am a healthy active older man i enjoy history art and music. outdoor yard work and gardening is my way to connect with nature and relax. antiques collectible thrift store shopping tag sales and flea markets are a main source of entertainment. i really enjoy meeting new people especially younger folks interested in learning about finding and selling antiques and their history. drives around scenic New England with no set destination are also another favorite pastime uncovering hidden shops in out of the way places. i have no pets at present but always had a dog, got so close to the last one that i cannot bear to try to replace him and it has been several years. i have had a metal detector and have still not ever taken it out to try to treasure hunt so that is something i am actively planning on doing very soon. winter weather finds me at home in the warmth, not a skier or skater, but really enjoy a walk in the woods on a snowy day or moonlit evening. i own my home and plan on doing some modifications in the future. not a big exercise fan but enjoy walking or hiking
