I've spent the last 30+ years loving my boys into amazing, successful young men, while trying to make the most of my career, and trying to help as many people be better in the process! That hard work has paid off, often at the expense of my own sleep and health, and now that I've got space and time in the nest, I'm trying to focus on health (while still enjoying an occasional Babe Ruth candy bar!) so that I can enjoy doing all of the things I've put off and still need/want to do and visit the places I want to (when I'm not working, cooking, finishing that last-minute gift, or watching Grandkids' or Neice/Nephew activity) with all the people I love! As a life-long learner I've perfected the art of "Learning Opportunities" and "Teachable Moments", as well as Failing forward to success, Falling and getting back up (although it's getting harder to get back up sometimes), hard work, trying not to chase each squirrel, and laughing at myself! I mostly dis-like shopping, I believe that most people are doing the best they can with what they have, I'm always up for a friendly debate, I am so keenly aware that time waits for nobody, and there is only so much of it...and I'm tired of waiting! (Oh-and I have naturally curly hair, so some-days you just don't know what you're gonna get!)
