Hello.... I moved to Auburn about a year ago from Oakland, Pushed out by violence. I lived in Castro Valley for about 15 yrs and lived in Japan for a couple of years. I find myself alone alot and I'm really a people person. My two kids are grown in their 30's. One in Oakland and one next door with his wife. My home and property are so beautiful. I thank god every day when I get up in the morning and see the beauty. I've developed some friendships with the neighbors but its not enough. I've been working on my health and wellness very successfully and am feeling really great and pain free. Now working on getting stronger. I love to sing and play music around the house. Singing is a sign of happiness for me. I love cleaning the pool and looking at the flowers I planted (before the deer eat them!!) and I love mowing!. I'm currently trying to retire. I still drive down to Berkeley on Weds and come back on Friday. I don't know if I'll every fully retire. I do love working, but the stress does not love me. I get alot of positive energy when other people are around and I seem to awaken with energy. Being alone too much is not good for me. I like to be funny and laugh. I like the sun. Winters are hard for me with no sunshine. I have 3 grandchildren from my daughter.
Geez its hard to talk about oneself. Oh, I practice Jin Shin Jyutsu. Its an ancient Japanese healing modality. Kinda like acupuncture without the needles. Its very powerful. The great thing is you can do it on yourself. i do it every morning... its fantastic!
