Fitness health is #1 Can't do anything from a weak foundation. Non religious, I technically Died, and was in a coma for 28 days. I did not see any afterlife, although I do remember thinking at the moment I hit the Utility pole I'm not going to die, and I was somewhere dark, and I remember feeling my will fighting something. My passengers whom where not hurt nearly as bad claim to have seen Angels after the crash.
