I am a retired guy who loves to keep senior people fit by coaching and training them at a fitness club. I work mornings 6 days a week scheduling clients for fitness training and necessary life style changes to help return confidence and self esteem to their personal life. Fitness and bodybuilding have been my lifetime passion and it has helped keep me young in body and spirit! I take pride in having competed at age 58 on stage in a body building setting and placed first in my age group on three different occasions. One check off my bucket list.
Love to do simple things, like dine out and see a great movie with someone special.
My music preferences include oldies from the sixties, as well as the Eagles, Credence Clearwater Revival, Bruce Springstein, and lots of classic country.
