There are many who may warn against marrying someone who is starting their own business. And with good reason. There will be many long hours, financial mishaps, and stress like you can't believe. But for certain couples, married entrepreneurship can be one of the most satisfying experiences.

Ask any married entrepreneur and they will say that being in a relationship with a self-starter is hard work. But, it happens to be the most exciting hard work you'll ever experience. Here are the 7 reasons it's awesome to be married to someone running their own business.

1. There's a New Adventure Around Every Corner

An entrepreneur does not have a conventional work schedule. Some may see this as a drawback. After all, they may work 24/7 or mostly on-call, even while they are out on a romantic date night.

Day dates and weekends away are no longer something that must be scheduled-off ahead of time.
