Editing Your Profile

Click here to Edit your profile - You can select and enter in numerous details about yourself, including your intent or dating goals, your personality, city, state, country, physical attributes and much more. In addition, you will be able to write a detailed description of yourself and what type of partner you are looking for.

Requirements: - Any field marked with an asterisk "*" is a required field. When you sign up for the first time, your profile will be hidden and marked as "Incomplete" until you complete the required fields. Once this is done, your profile will be marked as "Live" and will be shown throughout LetsHangOut. You can edit your profile or come back to complete changes at any time.

Note: Users can search for profiles based on many of the basic preferences that you've selected, such as by height, personality, location, body type, eye color, political views, etc.

Dating Restrictions: - Below the basic "Details About You" section, there is a "Dating Restrictions" section with optional filters. These optional setting these will automatically hide user profiles from your search, or your profile from other user's search, throughout the entire site - based on what you select. For instance, one question asks "Would you date someone who has an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease)?". If you choose "No", all users who have an STD will be hidden from you, and your profile will be hidden from anyone who are known to have an STD".

About Me Description: - This section allows you to write a detailed description or story about yourself. It is helpful to include a rich description full of your interests, personalities, and things that are important to you. This field is searchable, so members can search for specific keywords (such as a favorite band, hobby, sports team, etc) and your profile will show up in search results based on the search term found in your description.

Interests: - You can include specific interests, hobbies and keywords here as well, separated by commas. On your profile page, these interests will appear as quick links. When you click on them, you can view other compatible users who share the same interests.

Registration Details

Scroll down below your profile details to view your "Registration Details" section, which allows you to edit your username, email address, birth date, your gender, ethnicity and country. When you are finished with the changes, click the "Update Registration Details" button to save the changes.

Change Password

Scroll down below your profile details and below the registration details to the "Change Password" section, which allows you to change your password at any time. If you are not logged in and you have forgotten your password, Click here to recover your password.
